Rachel D. Burney is an associate attorney at the Walker Law Offices, P.A. Her passion is to seek justice and provide service to her community Jacksonville, Florida, and the State of Florida. 

 

Ms. Burney is a proud native of northwest Jacksonville, Florida. She attended William M. Raines High School where she graduated with honors. While attending high school, she found her passion for serving others and sought to manifest her dream of service by becoming an attorney. 

 

Upon graduating high school, she began her higher education at Florida Community College of Jacksonville before transferring to the University of North Florida. Ms. Burney graduated from University of North Florida with a bachelors degree in  Political Science. Being steadfast, Ms. Burney pursued her legal education from Florida Coastal School of Law. There she received her Juris Doctorate degree. 

 

In 2021, Ms. Burney was admitted to the Florida Bar. Ms. Burney is not a stranger to hard work and dedication as she began her professional career in the United States Air Force Reserve while pursuing her higher education. Ms. Burney is currently serving our country and great state of Florida as a guardsmen in the Florida Air National Guard. 

 

Ms. Burney is a true believer that hard work, selflessness and dedication sets her apart from others. She strives to serve in and out of the courtroom. There is no task too great or too small that she is not afraid to conquer. 

 

 Ms. Burney enthusiastically embraces her role as an attorney and counselor at the Walker Law Office, P.A practicing under Willie J. Walker, Esquire.  In addition to trial advocacy, Ms. Burney enjoys assisting clients with simple or complex estate planning; administering an estate; or in the realm of personal injury she will ensure that every need is met.
